Man in possesion of thousands of rounds discharges firearm in Liberty City into river. Kills dozens of fish.

Two RCMP units, on Nov 17, 2013, dealt with Michael Kirk, an ex-Army special forces operative wearing combat gear shooting fish in the water with a sniper rifle on Sing Sing Ave., Steinway, Bohan. Upon arrival he also opened fire with a Glock automatic pistol on the river. He was taken into custody for improper discharge and found in possession of a sniper rifle, Glock automatic handgun, a hunting knife, body armor, a few hundred rounds and several false grenades. Constable Bobster noticed dozens of dead fish floating in the water. Kirk also admitted to police he also had 2 bold-action rifles, 2 assault rifles, 4 pistols, 2 shotguns and extra ammunition in his SUV. He also claimed he arrived at 7am that morning. Constable Bobster found his ID, hunting license, vehicle and record in order. He claimed he was unaware the beach was public property. He pointed out he fired more than 20,000 rounds since 07:00 that morning and had 10,000 remaining in he SUV all being 50 cal. army surplus from the Canadian Gun Federation (CGF). The CGF reported that Kirk had not been around lately possibly because he had an argument with the CGF weapons store clerk over the amount of rounds purchased. He then mentioned that he had to go home to "shoot of another" 40,000 rounds he had. Constable Insanity was the arresting officer as Constable Bobster had no clue what the charter of rights was and simply rattled off "Blah Ba Ba, Ba Blah.". Kirk then announced he had lied to test if they were "real cops" and had a large amount of weapons hidden in the SUV. Constable Bobster  pointed out that no additional weapons were mentioned on the license. Kirk stated the hidden weapons were on a "States" license which caused police to become alarmed the hidden weapons were only licensed in the United States. He also claimed he had licenses from Alberta, Manitoba and Uganda. The Constables figured out he meant the different provinces, not the US. He also announced he had weapons in his home. Kirk admitted he had the weapons locked away and an underground bunker and went to Bohan shooting fish every Wednesday. A quick ID recheck found he actually lived out side in the country side meaning he was entering the city just to "hunt" fish which "open's a whole 'nother can of worms" said Constable Bobster.
